Air Selangor – Rehabilitation of Reservoirs

Project Highlights

Our client, Air Selangor is desirous to reconstruct the existing reservoirs and pump houses which are leaking and inactive. In doing so, it enables Air Selangor to increase the water storage capacity to the consumers. Straits has been awarded the package-5 which consists reservoirs in six separate locations covering Klang, Gombak and Hulu Langat.

Straits offers inspections of existing facilities where necessary, detailed study, engineering design, tender documentation, supervision during the construction and implementation of the proposed project by the Air Selangor. Moreover, Straits has conducted preliminary studies including assessment, topographical survey, and utility detection to identify the best viable options and methodology on the construction of reservoirs and pump houses.

In participation of tender process, Straits evaluates work tender documentations and prepare tender evaluation report based on our approved methodology. In ensuring construction works to precisely accurate with the drawings, we provide standing supervision personnel to stay at site during construction stage of the project.
